A bit about me…
Hi I’m Owen. I’m not sure where to begin really, maybe why I chose the name? Odd Glass grew from a thought while working part time. I had just closed down my catering business and wanted to try out my other passion, using cameras! I needed a name to implant the thought that I was definitely going to commit to going full time as a freelancer.
I thought about my favourite author, Seth Godin, specifically his booked titled Purple Cow - To be odd, is to stand out, and to stand out is to be successful. That’s where the first half of my company name originated from. After all, we are in the business of grabbing attention.
The glass part is something a little more abstract. Putting myself in my potential client’s shoes, I asked myself, ‘‘If I wanted to trust someone to take charge of the overall vision for my business, brand, page, whatever you name it, what would they be like?’’. Well, I would want them to be reliable, flexible, strong, transparent, and easily available. That’s the glass element.
(I get to use the abbreviation, OG, too, which is also kinda badass)

Sure thing. Over the years, I have been very lucky to work here, there and everywhere. It’s the reason why I have stuck to this for so long. You need a podcast assistant to film Yungblud? I’m there. One of your properties needs a walkthrough video? I’m on the way. There’s a corporate event and you want to share it with your audience? Got it. I love working on all sorts of projects whether that be directly, as a white label supplier or just giving a hand on something. Whatever it is, you can count on me as your friendly neighbourhood videographer.
