How Long does it take to receive my content?

Once content creation is complete, I will get straight to the edit where I organize the footage to prepare for seamless editing. My standard turnaround time for finished content is typically around 7 days, although this may vary based on project specifics.

Can I request changes to my content?

Of course! I am always happy to take on feedback and ammend anything you ask for.

How is my content delivered?

All content is delivered through Dropbox. Each client gets a dedicated folder for easy access and storage. After trying different methods, this proved to be the fastest and most user-friendly option.

How do I pay?

Shoot first, pay after. I typically agree on an hourly rate during our consultation process. Once you are happy with the content provided, I will provide an invoice.

How far do you travel?

I will travel anywhere! I offer complimentary travel within a 10-mile radius of Runcorn, Cheshire. For locations beyond this radius, I charge a travel fee.
